Because I have Fibromyalgia and Chronic Fatigue Syndrome, taking a B complex vitamin is essential to combatting the great stress on the body. I chose this product after researching many. It also comes with vitamin C in the elixir which helps with absorption of the B complex into the body. I do see a difference in my energy level. I take one in the morning and the other in the afternoon. Great product for my needs and am ordering a larger supply this time.

I've used the Twin Lab B Complex for a number of years. The capsules are fairly large and sometimes hard to get down, but it does do what I want it to do. The dosage is two a day and I find it best to spread the two out. I take at breakfast and lunch.

I am pleased to have found this Twin Lab formula with Vitamin C included.

I couldnot find a multivitamin with Biotin, Silicon, Inositol, PABA and more than 28 vitamins and minerals. You must buy a Vita multivitamin and use this product. Highest quality silicon must also be purchased. You will then have all nutrients you need for frown lines, skin, nails and hair. This is a good product.

I take 2 of these at night before bed every night. I've had reactions to the pill casing of other vitamin products, but TwinLab is high quality stuff and I haven't had a problem in the year I've been taking these.

I used to suffer migraines with aura and generally felt awful and stressed out about when the next one would hit. My doctor suggested vitamins B12 and B6 and, while it took a few months (I worked my way up from 1 to 2 pills), I can confidently say that these work for me. It is the only steady change I've made and I've been migraine-free for nearly a year. Now I recommend these to every person I talk to who experiences migraine. They may not be the magic bullet, but they certainly don't hurt!

I have adrenal issues so it's essential that I take a B vitamin complex daily. The other brands I've tried in the past have always hurt my stomach, even when taken w/a meal.

Since I don't have a choice about taking a B vitamin I had to choose the best possible complex that has a sufficient amount of each vitamin B. I checked out the label here on the site before purchasing it and it was the best value for what I needed.

Much to my surprise it doesn't bother my stomach. I was more than relieved about this b/c who wants an upset stomach all of the time. Maybe it helped that these are capsules, not pills/tablets. Whatever the case may be I will stick with these capsules from now on. Oh, and it's an added bonus to have vitamin C included as well.

I should mention that I never bother to write reviews but I am so impressed with this product that I want other people to reap the benefits of it!

This B has great levels and comes with a generous amount of C. I looked online for nearly an hour for a high potency B with 1000 of C. Not many out there by reputable companies.
Blue Bonnet (ODD name, but great company with Kosher products-a sign of integrity and quality, whether you need them or not) has a similar formulation, and you only need one capsule. That I like, but Drugstore doesn't sell it and it's very pricey at a local health food store. So, I'll stick with this for now. If I get tired of the extra pill I'll go back to Blue Bonnet. However, for the price and the components, this one is super!
