these dots can be placed under the tongue to dissolve, but i prefer to swallow them, since the taste is not very good. it's not awful though. they are very small and easy to swallow.

I like these. After weight loss surgery this was one of the vitamins I was instructed to use. I like how it dissolves under the tongue and am glad it's not another pill I have to swallow. The price is good and the taste isn't bad at all. I'd buy this again.

I don't really know if this product does any good, but it does dissolve under the tongue very quickly an important factor for older people who do not get as much out of supplements of B12 that must go through their digestive system. We have used these for a number of years.

I have been using the product 1X daily for a few weeks and haven't noticed anything. I will try using the product more often during the day to see if my energy level improves.

Well, it is not a quick boost type of use for those who need strong energy, so I give it a 3 stars... it is steady climber for you, which is why it probably lasts longer, no hyper stuff, just steady and need at least 3 or 4 of these puppies to really see effect on a somewhat fit person, so might need more if weighing more or work out more etc...YET we like it, hubby and me, and 2 college grads if they remember to take...

If you're vegan, than these pills are essential supplements.

The taste isn't exactly bad, but it's not great either. Still, you can't beat the price, and I much prefer a dissolving tablet to swallowing a pill.

i took them in my last pregnancy with absolutely no effect whatsoever. in fact, my vitamin b12 levels dropped even more than in my current pregnancy, in which i am not taking any supplements at all.

they took a long time to dissolve and had some scaly texture, which made the process unpleasant.

This is "great", no more monthly B-12 shots - no more waiting for a bus every month in all kinds of weather - just plop two of these tiny dots daily under my tongue & my B-12 level has improved immensely - my doctor is also pleased with the results!
