This product is a good Vit D. It has a good taste, kind of orangey. It does take a LONG time to disolve, which is why 3 stars. In fact, I find myself chewing it most often.
I take this little pill daily. I let it dissolve under my tongue. It has a nice orange flavor. It is inexpensive. It has both D3 and K2 which is the best way to take D.
great product! they are very small and easy to swallow, so easy to take every day. also good for kids. have your doctor order a blood test to check your D3 status and if you are deficient these little pills can help you increase and maintain your D3 level.
I live in an area that doesn't get a lot of sun especially in the fall, winter. I discovered Twin Lab Vitamin D dots at a local store but they were much more expensive. I'll buy them here and continue to take them. I believe they are crucial, especially in places like where I live! :)
TwinLabs vitamins are a quality brand I was fist introduced to years ago at what was called back then, a "health food store". But these 'Dots" are absolutely great--Easy to take, not harsh --It,s like a tiny piece of candy. Eventually I hope all vitamins will be in this form!
I believe this product is one of the best Vit D3 supplements available. 1,000 mg D3 is enough to reach the newly recommended levels but not too much, even if taken in addition to a multivitamin. Its administration via mucosal absorption (dissolved in the mouth), is considered the best route for maximum absorption and is also very easy, even for those who have trouble swallowing pills. The pill is very small and the taste is pleasant. The added Vit K is also beneficial. Twinlab is considered a reliable manufacturer in addition. Recommended.
