Gen Mai Cha, or brown rice tea, is fresh green tea prepared with puffs of brown rice. Ours starts with great organic whole leaf sencha (sun-finished green tea) balanced by just enough organic roasted rice to give you that great toasty flavor.

Tea Sachets
Discover whole leaf tea that tastes as if it's been plucked and steeped direct from the gardens. Forget about the "dust tea" in traditional tea bags - experience whole leaf tea the way it's enjoyed in the gardens, but in a convenient, portable tea sachet. And they are biodegradable!
We are based in the Roaring Fork Valley of Colorado, just down the road from Aspen. Snowy mornings, even in summer, are not uncommon, and we drink a lot of tea. Because we could not find a great tea bag, we founded two leaves and a bud to steep own own. -Cheers!
