It works very well (better than other products I've tried), especially when I use it twice daily. It makes some of my age spots "disappear" and the more stubborn spots are noticeably lighter. Pros

I found out about this product from my dermatalogist who said it is the best retinol product over the counter.

My faced peeled a little, but now it's looking smoother and people are commenting on how young I look. After so many disappointments with other products, I think I've found my "miracle" cream. Service and delivery comments: Totally smooth transaction. Received the product in just a few days and was able to track its whereabouts at all time. Will purchase again soon.
Comments about TxSystems Afirm, 3x, 1.05 oz: TxSystems Afirm is a great product for those with sensitive skin. The ordering process; however, was difficult and customer service wasn't helpful at all. There was no indication that the product was OUT OF STOCK when I ordered it. After a few weeks of waiting, I purchased the product at a local department store and TRIED to cancel my order with Drugstore. Even though my online account still indicated that the product was out of stock, and no further information was given regarding anticipated delivery, I was told that I could NOT cancel my order because it was apparently being processed in the warehouse. Unbelievable. They told me that I would have to accept shipment and return the product after delivery...which arrived 4 DAYS after I called to cancel! This was my first experience with DrugStore and it will be my last experience after the way this was handled. Pros

Comments about TxSystems Afirm, 3x, 1.05 oz: This has a stronger dose of retinol so you have to build up to daily use. I began using it only twice a week and eventually was able to use it every night. My skin is oily and sensitive. This product has worked well for me. I just bought my second tube. The packaging is great. The metal tube protects the retinol in the formula so it doesn't degrade by being exposed to air and light.
