I was using the blue liquid that Tylenol used to put out. It was tolerable and minty. This liquid is the absolutely worst smell and taste I haver ever had in a medicine in my entire life. It smells like grass and seems to taste like dirty grass. Every time I took it, it made me throw up just from the smell/taste. When the one time I didn't throw up, nothing worked. Totally useless.

It is Tylenol and it works just fine. It is the flavor that may need improving. Or I will find something else Tylenol brand that tastes better to a 16 year old.

This syrup is not the worst out there, but it comes close. It tastes awful, it relieves my cough a little bit (have to supplement with a cough drop), it does reduce fever and gets rid of headache (although I take an Aleve or more Tylenol pills to speed up relief), and I didn't get any "warming" sensation at all. It's basically good for lubricating the throat for a while.
