Warnings
Liver warning: This product contains acetaminophen. Severe liver damage may occur if you take
more than 12 tablespoons in 24 hours, which is the maximum daily amount
with other drugs containing acetaminophen
3 or more alcoholic drinks every day while using this product
Sore throat warning: If sore throat is severe, persists for more than 2 days, is accompanied or followed by fever, headache, rash, nausea or vomiting, consult a doctor promptly.
Do not use
with any other product containing acetaminophen (prescription or nonprescription). If you are not sure whether a drug contains acetaminophen, ask a doctor or pharmacist.
if you are now taking a prescription monoamine oxidase inhibitor (MAOI) (certain drugs for depression, psychiatric or emotional conditions, or Parkinson's disease), or for 2 weeks after stopping the MAOI drug. If you do not known if your prescription drug contains an MAOI, ask a doctor or pharmacist before taking this product.
if you have ever had an allergic reaction to this product or any its ingredients.

Ask a doctor or pharmacist before use if you are
taking the drug thinning drug warfarin
When using this product do not exceed recommended dosage
Stop use and ask a doctor if
nervousness, dizziness, or sleeplessness occur
pain, nasal congestion or cough gets worse or lasts more than 7 days
fever gets worse or lasts more than 3 days
redness or swelling is present
new symptoms occur
cough comes back or occurs with rash or headache that lasts

Overdose warning: Taking more than the recommended dose (overdose) may cause liver damage. In case of overdose, get medical help or contact a Poison Control Center right away. (1-800-222-1222) Quick medical attention is critical for adults as well as for children even if you do not notice any signs or symptoms.
This makes NyQuil taste pretty good. It also had no warming effect that I could notice. That being said, it deed seem to work fairly well. If you can get past the taste, it is worth a try.
This product seemed to relieve my symptoms. My coughing and sneezing subsided while I was taking regular doses of it.
I'm not really sure about the "warming effect" that it claims to have. I didn't feel any warmer, nor did my mouth or throat feel any sensations of extra warmth after taking the product.
It tasted like any average cough medicine to me. Not great, but good enough to get the job done.
This stuff is second only to Buckley's cough emulsion in terms of taste. It's pretty darn bad. The good thing about it is it actually works. I had a serious case of bronchitis that developed as a result of an upper respiratory infection and saw this in the pharmacy after looking at the Buckley's and shuddering with dread. I saw honey lemon and thought, Oh! This can't be that bad. Well it is. But it WORKS. The pressure in my chest was alleviated due to the thinning out of mucus and phlegm and the pain in my upper back (a common symptom of bronchitis) was made to feel better, as well. After two days of taking this every four hours, I was nearly asymptomatic. I was even able to sleep at night, which is very difficult with bronchitis. If this came in cherry flavor, we'd be good to go. But alas, beggars can't be choosy. Besides, I'll take unpleasant taste and a product that works over one that tastes great and does nothing ANY day of the week.

do not use this adult product in children under 12 years of age; this will provide more than the recommended dose (overdose) and may cause liver damage
