Can't sleep because of a headache? Still have aching insomnia from the cold you just got over? Tylenol PM is the answer! As you'd expect from Tylenol, this product works very well on aches and pains. As a sleep aid, let's just say I didn't even sleep that well under the hospital's sleep medication! My only concern is the depth of sleep one might experience with Tylenol PM. I woke after an eight-hour stretch of very deep sleep, without waking even once. While I felt totally refreshed, I also felt like I had "lost" eight hours. I had no conscious memory of sleeping, no memory of dreams -- only falling asleep and waking after what seemed like minutes. Overall, however, this product is very good. I took only one capsule, although the package recommends two.

I love the heavy drowsy feeling these give me if I'm having trouble sleeping because of a headache or some sort of muscle pain. These knock the pain right out, but they don't keep me asleep. I end up waking several times in the night, which is very frustrating because I end up feeling very groggy in the morning. I find it easier just to take regular Tylenol, and if I'm having trouble sleeping, a couple antihistamines work like a charm.

Overall this is an excellent pain reliever/sleep aid. It knocked out my slight headache/bodyache after a trying day. And after about an hour and a half it knocked me out too. I awoke with a slightly sluggish feeling but that's to be expected. I've never used an over-the-counter sleep aid that didn't give me that morning hangover. However, this particular product left me with somewhat less drowsiness -- and what there was of it went away fairly quickly. I must say that I like the idea behind the product. It's excellent for those nights when you're having a little difficulty falling asleep and have a slight headache as well.
I liked this product. It helps you get to sleep and it also gets rid of pain. The only thing I didn't like was that it made me extra tired the morning after. I'd recommend it.
I don't normally use Tylenol for headaches but this product is a little different. I'm not sure the headache was completely gone but the sleep aid part helped me get some rest, and in the morning I felt fine. Probably works best for tension headaches. I'll use it again in the future.
I suffer from bad muscle cramps and also find it hard to wind down at night in order to fall asleep. Being sort of chicken to try a "SLEEPING PILL, I was hesitant about this product. But I was REALLY pleased with the results. I felt like I slept very soundly and woke up feeling good and very refreshed. I'd recommend this to my family and friends, and I'm certain I'll purchase Tylenol Extra Strength PM Caplets, Extra Strength Pain Reliever & Sleep Aid in the future.
I was very pleased with Tylenol Extra Strength PM Caplets, Extra Strength Pain Reliever & Sleep Aid. I usually have a hard time getting to sleep because of shoulder and neck pain. But after taking this, I was not only able to fall asleep, I was able to get a full night's sleep. I felt really refreshed in the morning. I don't like taking any drugs or sleeping pills so sometimes I've taken an aspirin to get to sleep but I wake up after a couple of hours. This product really did the trick and I'd definitely recommend it to anyone who has trouble getting to sleep because of discomfort.
I had a horrible headache the other night, and decided to test out this Tylenol PM, whereas the night before I used regular Tylenol. I found that regular Tylenol works just as well if not better than Tylenol PM. It didn't help my sleeplessness at all; in fact I woke up about five times throughout the night when I normally never have sleeplessness problems. I wouldn't recommend it.
