I was experiencing annoying itching with my lower legs, feet and sides. I'd tried a number of products, but this one is perfect. I put it on when I get out of the shower. It totally absorbs and leaves no slippery or greasy layer on the skin. (I did have to learn not to use too much of it so that it all absorbs.) The proof of the product, for me, is that at bedtime I haven't been experiencing itching all evening. Using this product daily, my skin is comfortable. I live in southern CA, so we don't get bitter winters and I did expect that this cream would be able to accommodate the milder weather here. Overall, I gave this cream a lower rating because it did not live up to my expectations. Comments about Udderly Smooth Udder Cream, Lightly Scented: I have horses, am an avid gardiner and have diabetes, so dry cracked skin is a terrible problem for me. This cream is the best, most effective I have ever used and is light enough that it doesn't get greasy on clothing. It absorbs quickly and will often soften dry, cracked skin in one or two days! I've used it as a face cream for the past 2 years (and I have blemish-free skin), on rashes, skin abrasions, GREAT for dry skin. I have trouble with VERY dry skin on my feet - I put this cream on my feet and notice considerable improvement within 2-3 days. It moisturizes and heals rough dry skin and prevents the painful cracks that can develop in cold weather. I love the light fragrance. Nothing else I've tried works as well.
