This product leaves a little bit of a foam on top if it's mixed with water that is too cold, but it mixes fine when I use tepid water. I am totally content with how this product tastes because it only has 6 calories.

Runnergirl should probably mix this product into a fruit juice or take pills. If they were to add sugar to make it delicious, I would no longer select it for my workout routine.

I drink protein immediately after my workouts and drink this in the middle of the afternoon. I can feel my muscles recovering after taking this and I will buy it again and again. The fruit punch flavor is a little bitter but I'm not looking for a dessert.

This has a BIG problem. The powder floats on top of water in clumps and refuses to mix in! The texture is hugely GROSS.
I DO NOT recommend buying this product...look elsewhere. Unfortunately, I bought two of them.

I use this after a hard workout to aid with recovery. The taste is bad. It will be hard to get through 2 contatiners. Also, it floats on the top of the water and doesn't mix well.

Mix one scoop (about 7.6 grams) with 6-8 ounces of water or your favorite cold beverage. For optimal use, take twice daily, once between meals and again immediately after your workout. For serious body builders we recommend mixing two scoops.
