I've recommended this to many friends and family because I wouldn't want to be caught without some in the medicine cabinet. It works wonders on charleyhorses, bringing really fast relief. I use it most when I have "overdone" in exercising or gardening or shoveling snow. It's also efficacious for back and shoulder pain. Around our house, it's known as the magic stuff.

I love this product for its menthol cooling effect. It works even better than Blue Emu, or at least feels better. I have tried many of the MSM and/or menthol cremes for minor arthritis and tendonitis, and this is my favorite, second to another product that I have not been able to get my hands on in America. I realize the cooling effect may not be for everyone, only serious athletes, who want the pain over with fast, and want to feel relief immediately. Keep in a room temperature or cold place; don't let it get over-heated in a car, so as to explode.
