An excellent shampoo that removes all l the chlorine thoroughly and leaves hair shiny and clean and really gets rid of that smell. My daughter is in her freshman year on her high school swim team and practiced 5 days a week. She knew she had to do something so her hair wouldn't get so dry and damaged from the chlorine. We had heard about it from our hairdresser but couldn't find it in the stores. But found it on drugstore.com and bought four bottles. The first time she used it she was so happy with it that it worked and shared it with her teammates. They also agreed it was the best product they've ever tried for their hair. She will continue to use it when she's on the winter swim team along with her younger sister, who also loves to use it. We really recommend this product! VS Most Liked Negative Review Very harsh! Pros Cons Best Uses Comments about UltraSwim Chlorine Removal Shampoo, 7 fl oz: My 10-year-old loves to swim and was complaining that her hair was feeling like straw and was very hard to untangle. She has dark brown, thick, long hair. So I found this shampoo online and she gave it a try, and afterwards her hair felt back to normal. I was amazed because I thought you'd have to use it immediately after chlorine exposure to do any good, but it seemed to at least largely undo months or years of chlorine damage. She usually uses the conditioner with it, so some of the results come from that (smoothness etc), but she said that even without the conditioner the results are very good. BTW she later tried the Suave anti-chlorine shampoo and didn't like it as much. This stuff is a bit pricey, but sometimes you get what you pay for.

I also use a couple of squirts in cold water to remove chlorine from my bathing suit, and on face and arms to remove chlorine smell from skin after swimming. The texture and smell are pleasant. I have used this for years and highly recommend it! It's hard to find in stores.
