We use it after swimming and sometimes every day when our hair gets dry or frizzy. The shampoo and conditioner do NOT irritate our scalps and we each have very sensitive skin. Previously, we used Aubrey Organics Swimmer's Shampoo and Conditioner. Two of us were allergic to those, but not this set. Also, very easy to use. The shampoo doesn't strip your hair while neutralizing the chlorine like many swimmer's shampoos and the conditioner doesn't overcondition and remove all the curls like some other swimmer's conditioners. VS Most Liked Negative Review Good, but not great I use this product in conjunction with Ultra Swim Shampoo. The shampoo is great, but I am not too impressed with the conditioning. Best Uses Comments about UltraSwim Ultra Repair Conditioner, 7 fl oz: In the summer I swim laps non-stop for 1 1/2 hours each day. The pool is highly chlorinated and I color my hair. This product (together with the champoo of the same name) leaves my hair shiny and very soft. Highly recommend!

Comments about UltraSwim Ultra Repair Conditioner, 7 fl oz: I was using Ultra Swim shampoo without the coditioner, and I was not really pleased with the results I was getting. When I finally found the conditioner and started using it, my hair seemed to be back to normal. When combined with the shampoo, Ultra Swim conditioner does a great job of removing chlorine, cleaning, and detangling hair.

Comments about UltraSwim Ultra Repair Conditioner, 7 fl oz: I bought the corresponding shampoo for my husband a while ago because he's a swim instructor and his hair's a mess after work. When the shampoo ran out he begged me to get back online and order more (something he usually doesn't like me doing). I was so happy to see this conditioner and I'm really glad I got it. My husband's hair is usually very dry and poofy after a shower but this conditioner is really doing its job in making his hair shiny and soft.

Noticed a huge difference in her normally dry, chlorine damaged hair immediately. No more tears from knots and product smells great. Try it I bet you'll love it too

Comments about UltraSwim Ultra Repair Conditioner, 7 fl oz: I bought this to use for chlorine removal after swim training (two nights per week). It leaves hiar soft, shiny and manageable. Pleasant but not overpowering fragrance. Hair doesn't smell like chlorine after using this so it's at least taking care of that issue. The shampoo and conditioner are both unexpectedly runny so you can easily over-use it or accidentally dispense too much if you're not paying attention when pouring it out onto your hand.
