This works better than anything I've tried so far. I don't really have dark circles or puffiness, but have noticed some sagging and crowsfeet. I pat it in a circle around my eyes, doing a little finger dance, then rub gently in circles. I have actually seen the crowsfeet diminishing and the skin seems tighter and firmer. I will be buying this product again.

University Medical's Eye Serum worked reasonably well overall. The Eye Serum promises reductions in crow's feet, under eye puffiness, and dark circles, and more or less succeeds in two of these. I was amazed at how quickly under eye puffy diminished while the dark circles took a while and only improved a bit. I didn't notice any real decrease in lines around the crow's feet area, but I don't have many to begin with so that may have been more me than the serum. I liked the idea of the fingerless applicator but it was a bit too hard to be used against the soft skin under the eyes but the idea was nice. Overall I liked University Medical Eye Serum if only for the decrease in puffiness. This product did have a slight effect on the fine lines under my eyes - I found them less noticeable after about a month. However, I'd rather spend a little bit more money on a product that had stellar results.

I have difficulty finding eye serums or moisturizers that don't a) make my eyes slightly irritated just by proximity b) pill or gunk up when I put makeup or sunscreen on for day
This product did neither, and I even took it with me on a trip in the hot TX sun and it didn't make my eyes water, and blended well with the sunscreen that was much needed there!
I like the dispenser - simple pump w/finger free application option.
All of that said, there is no product that will make your crow's feet or wrinkles disapear - it would be naive to believe that. However, a good product can reduce the APPEARANCE of them - and this one did quite a nice job of that.

Tried this for a few weeks and did not see any visible improvement. The good thing is that it's gentle and didn't irritate my eyes. The package says the most noticeable results are after 28 days, so I'll keep trying it awhile longer.

Use AM and PM on clean, dry skin. Dab small dots on crow's feet and under eye areas. Gently pat until absorbed. May be worn under makeup. For "touch-free" application, use the applicator tip to apply and pat into skin.
"Prime" pump for first application. Hold upright and press downward several times on the textured, lower area of the tip until flow starts. Precaution: Always pump with the tip pointing away from face.
