I've been taking OEP original formula for just under a month. I was taking only one a day until this 4th week, now I take two in the morning.

The energy boost I get from OEP is insane. It usually kicks in about 45 min- an hour after I take the first pill. I do get jittery but thats the only real side effect I get and I do not have a sensitivity to caffeine. It doesn't keep me up at night either.

I work out for about 30 min three -four times per week. Light cardio and body weight/ free weight training. I eat a balanced diet about 60 % of the time and drink 1.5 - 2 Liters of water per day. So far I have lost 7 pounds and see fat loss in my belly and thighs .

I will keep using this as long as it keeps working for me.

After using this product for only a few days, I noticed my energy level thru the roof. The only thing I noticed was the nausa for the first couple weeks..So I had a small milk just to give my stomach a little coating. Other than that I have been using this product for about 5 weeks and I lost 19 pounds. The only eating habits I changed was I stopped eating my cookie for breakfast. THANK YOU

So, I have only been using this item for 3 days now but I do have to say that it has definately taken the edge off of my hunger. In fact, at meal time, I find that I am almost forcing myself to eat because I do not feel the famished feeling that I have been used to for my entire adult life. It works, so far.

This works extremely well as an appetite suppressant. I used Phentermine for about a year, and I found this to be just as effective, if not more so. It was very difficult to sleep after taking Phentermine, and I have not had that problem with OxyElite Pro. I take two capsules in the morning, eat a healthy breakfast 20-30 mins later, and I honestly completely forget about food until mid-afternoon. Even then, I am not tempted to overeat. The only side effect I've experienced is an increased pulse rate, slightly above normal. I'm not a coffee drinker, so this could be due to the caffeine.

I started on this product 5 months ago. During the first month period, I tried to increase the dosage to 2 capsules per day but started to experience palpitation.

I continue to take 1 capsule a day for 2 months period and i lossed 2.5kg. Afterwhich i took the product on alternate months, sticking to 1 capsule a day.

I've loss 4kg after 5 months. Happy with the result but must warn to take this product with much health monitoring and discipline.

A friend introduced me to this one night while going out to the club. It was great for dancing and socializing.

I prefer using it during periods of time when I am staying busy and under moderate stress. It helps me maintain the energy and focus to stay on point.

I do not recommend it for periods of time that involve leisure or relaxing. I did notice that if I'm allowed time to stop and sit around or think, I begin to get moody and irritable.

I have learned to take these on days when I'm going to be moving nonstop for at least 8 hours (including fast paced work schedule, work routine, and planning); and to avoid taking them on weekends or any day that is light and relaxed. By doing this, I have managed to avoid the side effects which for me are mainly mood related. On a side note, if my day is full of activity, I find that the effects wear off by the end of the day and I sleep pretty well.

Bottom Line: Keep yourself very busy when you take these and they work great.

Okay So I usually dont write product reviews but this deserves one... I had a baby and I weighed 255 Lbs, The biggest I had EVER been in my life so I got irritated because I was huge so I started taking these pills, I didnt think It was working because I didnt change what I was eating, I did my regular routine, but I did notice that when I did my daily cleaning around the house I would sweat way more than usual but I just thought it was because I was such a fatty =)... So I took these for about 8 weeks before I got on a scale because I didnt think I lost anything and to my suprise I went from 255 down to 241 from doing NOTHING different. IT REALLY WORKS! So now I am buying it again and I plan on using them with a better diet and work out, I will be on to do another review in a couple of months =)

They are very good as a appetite suppressant. I have not experienced any jitters or uncomfortable side effects. I used to take something else before which was comparable to this but had to stop because it raised my body temp way too much and made me want to vomit. I'm a 20 yr old female and I weigh 136lbs as of this morning, a few days ago I was 141! I'm 5'6". It's probably water weight but the scale was always increasing so I'm glad its starting to go in the other direction lol.
