Best Uses Comments about UV Natural Sunscreen SPF30+, 5.29 oz: I wanted to like this because of the ingredients. But the texture is sticky, heavy and oily, and after using it I had horrible breakouts on my face and chest. I stopped using it on myself but let my kids use it. Then my five year-old developed a breakout from it on her back. I still have a lot left in the tube so I put it on legs sometimes. Seems to work as a sunscreen, but that's its only virtue. Comments about UV Natural Sunscreen SPF30+, 5.29 oz: My 9 year old son has had eczema all his life. It's horrible during the warm months when he sweats and is in the sun alot. It used to be to the point where he would rip up his skin scratching the back of his knees and the inside of his arms at the elbow joints. We've tried a number of different sunscreens, both OTC and prescriptions and we've found that UV Natural works best for him. It's pretty much full on zinc oxide and it's on the expensive side, but it works for him and that means it works for us! Was this review helpful? Comments about UV Natural Sunscreen SPF30+, 5.29 oz: I was so happy to find a sunscreen that was not comedogenic, did not give me allergic reactions, and did not have cancer causing ingredients while being effective at blocking out UVA and UVB rays. However, I wish this company could find a way to make this product not smell like some kind of chemically substance. And it makes me face so shiny putting it on, none of my other sunscreens do this. Is there a way to cut the shiny property? Bottom Line Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Was this review helpful? Yes / No - You may also flag this review 6/12/2011 Expected More Pros

Comments about UV Natural Sunscreen SPF30+, 5.29 oz: I was very excited to try this sunscreen because of the natural ingredients, but I was not impressed. It didn't leave me looking like a ghost, but it was very greasy. My face was sticky and shiny all day. It does keep the color away, so I'll use it on my arms and legs at the beach. Best Uses Comments about UV Natural Sunscreen SPF30+, 5.29 oz: This is, without question, the most cringe-worthy sunblock I've ever had the displeasure of trying (and I've tried a few). I purchased due to the (rather impressively) high zinc oxide content, but the texture and finish are so bad, I cannot stand to wear it. It's like slathering oneself up in Crisco. I'm a stickler about sun protection, but if this were the only option, I'd be going without. Comments about UV Natural Sunscreen SPF30+, 5.29 oz: I use this sunscreen on my face, under my makeup, and love the way it works. It moisturizers really well, even in the dry heat of the desert. It absorbs well and doesn't leave a chalky residue. I love that it's completely natural and unscented. Bottom Line Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Was this review helpful? Comments about UV Natural Sunscreen SPF30+, 5.29 oz: This rates a 1 out of 10 for safety; 0 being the best. But the price we pay for safe as well as effective sun protection is that horrible white, that is too hard to rub it. I found a better one for my needs. Comments about UV Natural Sunscreen SPF30+, 5.29 oz: It is a little thick to apply and needs to be rubbed in well. But it stays on which I believe is the point!! Great protection. Earthy aroma which took a bit getting used to but is actually very nice. And no chemicals which is great! Bottom Line Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Was this review helpful? Cons
Best Uses Comments about UV Natural Sunscreen SPF30+, 5.29 oz: This seemed like the perfect sunblock: no chemicals, great protection, antioxidants, etc. One major problem: it is so STICKY that it felt like I had syrup smeared all over my face, and during the course of the day it never absorbed. I couldn't wait to get home to wash it off. In fact, my regular cleanser couldn't even remove it. I was so disappointed I wrote to UV Natural to complain. I can't imagine how anyone could use this stuff. A very expensive product which resulted in a waste of money.
