My face has always been extremely sensitive to soaps, and though there are many soaps out there for sensitive skin, they do not lather as well or moisturize like this soap does. This soap lathers extremely well, making it easy to use on my face, doesn't smell bad, does not irritate my skin, and is non-comedogenic. After just a couple of uses my skin felt better than it has in a long time... I was thoroughly impressed. I know I sound like an paid advertisement, but seriously, I could not be happier with this soap. I hope my review will persuade others to give it a try. I decided to try the...Read complete review I have had eczema for over 30 years, and have tried many different soaps/lotions/creams over the years to help combat my dry, sensitive skin and eczema flare-ups. I decided to try the Vanicream bar soap in conjunction with the Vanicream Light lotion instead of my usual Dove soap and Eucerin cream combo to see if there was a difference, and although the Vanicream bar soap is fragrance-free, I couldn't really tell a difference in the results for my skin. My daughter also has sensitive skin, and seemed to do well with it though, so I would probably recommend the Vanicream bar soap for children with sensitive skin, or adults looking for a mild bath soap. Comments about Vanicream Cleansing Bar, 3.9 oz: I have mild rosacea which sometimes flares up severely, and recently, a case of excema around the eyes. The excema was caused by an alergy to an eye moisturizer. At the same time as the excema break out, I had an exceptionally bad rosacea flare-up. Everything I tried to use for cleansing was causing severe stinging and burning and aggravating the excema too. In desperation I tried many things, even goat's milk soap, which wasn't bad, but was still a bit too drying for the face. Then I read about Vanicream on a rosacea discussion forum. I tried it, and it works! It lathers easily, it doesn't sting and is so soothing. I think it helped to clear everything up faster. My skin looks and feels better than it has in a long time. I highly recommend this to anyone that has sensitive skin, rosacea, or excema. It's the best! Pros

I just got use to it feeling itchy after washing it in the morning. After washing once with this soap, there was no itchiness and still no itchiness weeks later. It also removes my makeup more effectively than any product I have ever used. It lathers very well and is a very creamy soap but seems to last. I love it. Pros

I WENT TO MY DERM (ONE OF THE VERY BEST IN THE STATE). SHE WROTE A PRESCRIPTION FOR SOME STERIOD AND TOLD ME TO USE VANICREAM AS A SOAP, SUNSCREEN AND MOISTURIZER.
