It helps with my dry patches. The only bad thing I have to say is that it feels tacky the minute it is applied. The tacky-feel will disappear afterwards. The pump dispenser is a plus. After trips to the dermatologist and the ophthalmologist and being prescribed creams and ointments that made very little difference, I stumbled onto this. It was cheap and plentiful and I had nothing to lose. After about a week I saw significant improvement and this was with use at bedtime only. Eventually, I used it on my eyelids. After about three weeks, everything was cleared up. I still cannot believe that after all the brands, prescriptions, and trips to docs I found complete healing in this modest, unknown cream. Do get the pump. It will make use easier. I will never be without this. Pros
