Indications
Temporarily relieves minor pain due to headache, backache, menstrual cramps, arthritis, colds and flu, muscle aches.
Warnings
Reyes' syndrome: Children and teenagers should not use this medicine for chicken pox or flu symptoms before a doctor is consulted about Reye's syndrome, a rare but serious illness reported to be associated with aspirin.
Allergy alert: Aspirin may cause a severe allergic reaction which may include: hives, facial swelling, asthma (wheezing), shock.
Alcohol warning: If you consume 3 or more alcoholic drinks every day, ask your doctor whether you should take acetaminophen and aspirin or other pain relievers/fever reducers. Acetaminophen and aspirin may cause liver damage and stomach bleeding.

Okay, I'm really amazed by this product right now. Let me explain my situation. I've suffered from bad menstrual cramps since I got my period. I'm 19 now. I've had pain so bad I would take 6 Ibuprofen and still be in pain. One time I took 1 Vicodin and still I needed another half of one. That's how bad it can get for me. Now I've tried every OTC pain reliever, and nothing has ever worked good enough. And if it did work it was because I took way above the recommended dose. Well, I got my period today, and was getting ready to be writhing in pain on my bed. Right when I felt a twinge of pain I took 2 Vanquish. I went to take a hot bath, waiting for the pain to heighten and for the Vanquish to fail. So I was in the bathtub for about 30 minutes and my pain just wasn't there anymore. I didn't feel anything. Now let me say, I did take two of these on my last period when I was already in SEVERE pain, and they didn't work. The trick is to take them at the first twinge of pain. These are amazing. I've never been able to take 2 pills and be pain free. It's an amazing product. Try it!

I used to take Vanquish regularly for stress headaches as a high school student. I soon noticed that I would get an allergic reaction, itchy deep behind my ears, scratchy eyes, wheezy windpipe.
Being relatively young and inexperienced I didn't recognize what was happening. I took it, with predictable side effects, for quite a while, until it dawned on me that continued use might trigger a more serious, potentially fatal reaction.
I am not allergic to any of the active ingredients in the modern listing. Perhaps it contained some other ingredient back in the 70's when I used it last. Or, maybe I am allergic to some of the inactive ingredients.

I and several other migrane sufferers started taking 3 Vanquish at the first sign of a migrane and it has worked wonders. I rarely get a migrane any more but I reach for Vanquish first thing. Don't use high doses very often or may cause ringing in the ears. I use Vanquish as my primary headach and muscle ache cure.

Thank you drugstore[@] for carrying this product! It is the most fast acting overall pain reliever my family has used. It is the best pain reliever for arthritis, toothache, headache and sore muscles.

Whenever anyone in my family gets a headache or other minor aches and pains we always take a couple of Vanquish. We haven't found anything that works as well without the side effects associated with other meds with caffeine.
