Most Liked Positive Review a miracle!! After we brought my son home from the hospital he got a really bad diaper rash that was bleeding. We tried EVERY diaper ointment available and nothing worked. I read online that Vaseline worked great for diaper rash and prevention. Vaseline cleared up the diaper rash, and we use it after every diaper change. He has never had a rash since. My husband also has psorisis on his fingernails and rubs it into his nails every night. It has really cleared up the psorisis.
