When I opened it, I smelled cocoa butter but, just saw vaseline. The jar says it contains cocoa butter but the amount seems minimal. Since I always keep a large jar of Vaseline on hand anyway I feel like I wasted some money. The only difference I see is this smells a little better. I wanted to use it during the day but it;s greasy and gets on my documents, which is why I only used Vaseline at night, I was hoping for something to ease heavy dryness of hands without gettng on everything. I don't have to worry about dry feet in the morning when in sandal season. I now keep a tub at work for the hands as I handle alot of paper and cardboard. REMEMBER! that a little goes a long way. No more cracked cuticles on hands or feet and this cocoa butter has a light gentle smell. For us curly haired bunch - a small dab in your palms and scrunch your hair and get a great shine and hair do. I got two tubs - one for work and one for the home. I had forgotten how versatile Vaseline can be and am pleased that it now comes with the light smell. I will continue to use this great bargain! Pros

I previously used a much more costly Burt Bee's product that also seemed to be petroleum jelly based but is no longer available. Burt Bee's (and most other brands) foot creme is really just a much thinner lotion. This product is much more effective and also a MUCH better value. Pros

I bought the Vaseline w/ Cocoa Butter just to try it out. Yes, it is Vaseline and yes it will be "greasy". I apply it right out of the shower/bath when my skin is still damp and warm. By the time I've finished doing my hair, and getting ready to apply makeup, most of the product has absorbed into my skin. I just take a dry towel and blot up any excessive product. Gone is the greasy feel, and my face feels fresh and ready for makeup. Some days, I don't even feel the need to apply makeup.  Pros

He's 4 years old and its really hard to prevent him from scratching so I use this product after showers/baths. I like this because of the cocoa butter. It works better than plain vaseline alone. While his skin is wet, I use a bath oil then use this to seal it all in. Pros

But this winter my lips got so chapped they were peeling, and wearing lipstick drew attention to the problem. I saw that Vaseline came out with a mixture of petroleum jelly and cocoa butter and bought it. I apply it generously to my lips every night before bed, and if I'm home, a few more times throughout the day when I think of it. In a few days the peeling went away. My lips are no longer chapped and peeling. This product makes them soft and smooth. I can wear lipstick again. I recommended this product to my sister who had the same problem I did and she loves it too. Pros
