Vaska's 100% biodegradable, high performance spot remover is effective on all types of stains: coffee, grease, dirt, red wine, finger paint, and even ink stains. For best results, let the spot remover saturate the fabric in and around the stain and let it soak for at least five minutes before washing.
For extreme stains such as red wine on whit fabric, soak the area well and then rub salt into the stain, soak in cold water for at least half an hour, and wash with Vaska Laundry Liquid in cold water.
This product is supposedly made with botanical solutions with no phosphates, etc which was the reason for my purchase. I purchase similar products for all of my cleaning needs and appreciate the lack of chemical smell after cleaning my home. Unfortunately, "Spotoff" is the exception. It is difficult to believe that the ingredient list is accurate. This product smells like bad windex. I leave my laundry room choking for air after spraying it. Then, after suffering through the smell and the ten minute waiting time for it to sit per the directions, the stains are still there after washing. I find it to be a waste of a purchase.
This product has worked great on food stains, mud, and other stains on my clothes. I allowed to sit for 10 minutes before washing as directed and have not been disappointed yet with the results. Will continue to purchase Vaska products.
