Shower in cool water lots of water to get all/excess of the chemicals off your skin so it will not be an irritant. Use 99% Aloe Vera Gel afterwards to give your skin moisture. The only thing nice was that my legs were smooth afterwards. The scent isn't bad but it's not up there on my favorite scents either. I bought this to use on my arms. I don't mind shaving my legs every few days, but for my arms I don't like the look of razor stubble. I have waxed my arms before, which is too much of a pain. This depilatory is by far the best solution. My arm hair is somewhat coarse for a female, but this product does the job in the minimum 3 minute time. I have left it on for as much as 5 minutes without any skin irritation. It does sting a little when it is on, but afterwards my skin feels fine and nicely moisturized. Unlike shaving, the regrowth doesn't look like stubble, it has a natural soft look. And unlike waxing, there are no ingrown hairs, and you can retreat at anytime, you don't have to wait until your hair is long enough to wax again. I bought the smaller package this time, it looks like if I treat my arms every two weeks or so, it will last a few months. Next time I will buy the larger package.

It works best on arms because the hair is much thinner. After using the veet, my arms feel so smooth. My legs & bikini area are not as smooth as I would like them to be, but the hair is gone.
