This is an average product. The taste is good, but not wonderful. Personally I mix it with unsweetened non dairy milk as opposed to water. Unless you gulp it down in one go, itʻs probably a good idea to prepare this in a shaker container/bottle of some sort, as the mix doesnʻt dissolve completely, and tends to separate. I wish this product came with a measuring scoop, but it doesnʻt. In the future I will be purchasing the box of individual packets instead. This product does keep me full and give me energy for a good 3-4 hours.

Horrible!!! - I ordered this product, along with the chocolate flavor, at the same time, in the same order. Both items were in stock, but for some reason, they shipped separately. I received the chocolate flavor really fast (in around a week), but it took FOREVER for me to get this product!! Seriously, the projected delivery date was February 4th, and it didnʻt arrive until February 13th! Ugh!
