I have been using this prooduct for a few months and it is great. Mixes well with water, and tastes great. I drink it right after I finish weight lifting, and I feel it does a good job of reducing soreness associated with excerise. I also take it after some of my racquetball matches. I like this brand because it's plant-based and contains all natural ingredients.
