I discovered these while trying out different energy gels for long bike rides. They may not be the best tasting and are the most expensive gels I tried, but they're loaded with potassium (many times more than other gels) and energized me instantly. I'll be using them for all my long bike rides, runs in the heat and hikes in the desert. The orange flavor tastes much better than the others.

Suggested Serving: Consume one pouch of gel every 30-45 minutes during exercise, ideally with water. Can also be taken 15 minutes prior to exercise for best results.
