This is just a great product. It gives you a very consistant and natural energy boost. I can make it through an hour workout with ease. Lately if I have a lot to do I've been taking it for the added lift it gives me. What I like most is it's natural, not like other pre-workouts who load up on caffene and things you don't know what they are. There's no crash afterwards and no big insuline spike after you take it. It's a little exspensive but worth it.

I love this product! It really works. It's not like taking a shot of caffene where you feel jittery, you just feel awake - that's the best way I can describe it. I love all the ingredients too. They've got inflammation covered with the ginger and tumeric and coconut oil. I use it everyday, even when I'm not working out. I like the Acai flavor better than the lemon lime.
It is expensive but when you buy two from Drugstore.com you get a great discount which makes it so reasonable, plus it's much more economical than those energy shots they sell now.
