I use daily, sometimes every other day, in the shower. Definitely adds moisture,no irritation. Like the idea of always being ready. Works on it's own, but I prefer an additional lubricant with it when needed. Seems a bit expensive, but you only need a drop a day. Since the container sits on it's lid, product comes out pretty fast at first, once you get used to it, you can control the product. Overall, happy with this stuff! I've been using this product for 3 years, tried a few other similar products but this does the trick. I'm 57, but not down there!! Also, the Very Private pH Balanced Body Wash cleans without irritating. Great Products!! Pros

It doesn't irritate me and I am a sensitive individual. Use it for intimate activities and apply a bit daily to moisturize and care for your delicate lady tissues. The only drawback is the awful bottle. I tried a different lube in a pump bottle and didn't like it so I cleaned that container out and poured this in and that works well for me. Pros
