Most Liked Positive Review I never forget to take my calcuim! Before I found Viactiv, it was very easy to overlook calcium. I don't get enough calcium in my multi-vitamins, and hate having to swallow giant pills, pills, pills, to get the right nutrients for my 50-something life. Now, after each meal, I eat my sweet 'treat', and it's good for me! Eight weeks ago, I fell and fractured my leg. I really like that these include the other vitamins, like D, you need for proper absorption. Also, they taste great, so its like a little treat - makes it a lot easier to remember to take!
