I was sick of the chocolate and caramel which are the only flavors sold in stores near me. It's a pleasant change to have raspberry as a flavor. The chews seem to be readily absorbed. The raspberry is a great flavor, and the new formulation does not stick to teeth. The chocolate flavors sometimes made me queasy. I'm interested to try other flavors, although raspberry is quite good. it's 20 calories for each piece, so I'm having to factor that into my diet, but so far, well worth it and the only way I've been able to get myself to take a calcium supplement.
