Top speed on this is less than the Hitachi's high, but still powerful and better than most battery vibes. The other speeds and pulses are fun, too. Those who find the Hitachi too much will like this unit's slightly lower power. Battery life so far is excellent. Power light is really too bright, but you can turn it away or try a piece of tape. Not to mention that I have roommates and this product is so noisy that being discrete goes out the window. I use it when I'm sure everyone is gone. I like that there are no cords and is hand held and can be maneuvered easily. It also has a carrying bag and different speed levels. Long story short, this little magic wand is now my wife's best friend and consequently mine too! We've tried other vibes along the way as we've gotten more adventurous, but this one we bought first remains the one we go back to. Quiet enough for our situation (kids), and plenty to get the job done without wires to get in the way. Super easy to clean as its waterproof. Haven't used it in the water. Had it for about two years now and have changed the batteries once. The ONLY drawback is that it is only compatible with water based lubes. For that reason, we're stepping up and ordering the pink version that's compatible with silicon. But make no mistake...this thing will make your woman happy happy happy!  Pros

I should have probably looked into something with more clitoral stimulation. After opening it up and looking at the shape I was tempted to return it and should have. Been a HItachi Magic Wand fan for years and read good reviews about the Vibratex so I gave it a shot. The vibration is not the same.
