If you're so well endowed that it won't fit then there's probably not a sleeve made that would anyways. Gets nice and warm quickly.Closed end creates great suction. Reversible, can use either side for different sensation. No unpleasant smell. Not made from silicone like Head Honcho so you can use a silicone based lube, which is great as you won't get dry and need to stop to reapply. This is the best. I like this better than the fleshlight becasue it isn't the size of a small dog, and is easier to maintain. It's better than the pocket thingy by doc johnson because it is longer and has a closed end, providing suction. It cleans easy because it turns inside out. I just use mild (we're talking cetaphil) soap on it and dry it with a clean towel. It is pliable enough to turn inside out, but mine has little tiny tears where the nubs are from that. I doubt they will get bigger or cause a problem I will keep it, but I can't promise to use it. It just didn't excite me that much. It will go into an ever growing pile of misfit toys that just didn't quite do it for me. I am average and size wasn't an issue. I think maybe, just maybe I miss the real thing too much. This is a great substitute for the real thing, rather than straight forward 'manual' manipulation I use it by placing it between 2 pillows and then 'mounting' it. I find the use of hips etc far more stimulating and almost part of my workout routine, plus unlike my partner this doesn't tire so like the bunny in the commercial I can go on, and on, and on.... Comments about Vibratex Male Sleeve, Blue, 1 ea: It feels really great if you warm the sleeve in hot water before use, but use caution! Ruined the first one after 3 times. I made the mistake of heating water in a small pan, and let it sit for just a few minutes after turning the heat off. This was enough to damage the sleeve. It softened and left a hole in the side and deformed it permanently. Better to microwave some water before adding the sleeve (DO NOT BOIL!) in a container large enough that it has enough room to lay out flat, then dip the sleeve in. Make sure there's enough room. Should be just hotter than you can comfortably put your hand into. Also, nice to pre-warm your lube by placing the bottle next to the sleeve in the water. Do a little test before you dive in, just to be sure you won't get a surprise!  Pros

I use it in a glass jar and get the best sucking action I ever had from a toy. Wife is still a better sucker but this does a great job in place of her. I can come over and over again using this toy and it feels great. It will accomodate those of us who are larger down there just recommend using losts of lubrication. We tried something different the other night I wore the Maven dry and lubed it up on the outside then slowly slipped it into the wife. She said it was the biggest one she ever had and she thinks she came four times in the matter of an hour wow! Just buy the Maven and have fun with your woman best deal out there! Pros

It is very simple to use. The texture is pleasant and the device itself has an almost rubbery-jello like consistency. When I first saw the device after opening the package, I thought it was small. However, after using it, I can't imagine it being too small for anyone, as it is very elastic (hence the ability pull the cavity inside out). Well worth the [$]. Pros
