My twins were sick and very congested. I applied this on their chest and back at nap & bedtime. I really think it helped along with running a cool mist humidifier in their room. We have the humidifier running in their room all day long.

My husband and I were caring for a 2 year old for a week when he came down with a cold. Runny nose, cough, congestion. I felt awful so I ran out and bought a humidifier and this vicks rub. First off he loved it. When I got out the jar he pulled down his shirt for me to rub it in. It really seemed to work although he couldn't tell me. I wasn't using as many Kleenex and his congestion seemed to disappear for a while after applying. I love the smell of vicks and so did he. I sent the jar home with him and will definitely be buying more.

I used this prodect when my 10 month old baby had a runny nose and a cough. I would rub it on his chest, back and bottom of his feet before bed. This helped him sleep through the night even if he had a terrible cough.

My son had RSV and influenza. This stuff came in a few days into his illness but it helped a lot once I got it. It doesn't smell as strong as the original VapoRub.

Vick vapor rub has worked for me killing toenail fungas. I had read this in a doctors column in the newspaper several years ago and from time to time I hear or read about it. I tried it on two toe nails that had become thick due to fungas. I put vicks on my toenails at night and after about 6-8 weeks the fungas was gone. Works great

When my kids are congested,at night, I put this on the bottom of their feet and then socks, while they sleep it soaks in and they feel better in the morning, PLUS, they get really soft feet too !!!!
