Have loved the previous hot air stylers that I have used in the past. I took one new one on a trip with me and it kept turning off. Perhaps the switch is defective. May I return it? I don't think I should have to pay the postage. If you would test a new one to make sure it works and and mail it to me, I would be very appreciative. I just returned home, so have not yet tried the 2nd one you mailed.

You know how when you go to the salon to get your hair cut and your hair always looks great...until the next time you wash it? This product replicates that "salon" look for me. Easy to use...best to use on my hair when it is slightly damp. MUCH less harsh on your hair than blow dryers, curling and flat irons. I HIGHLY recommend.

I have had this product for several years....in fact own one at our beach condo as well. I was frantic when I couldn't find a replacement in any local store after my 7 or 8 year old one died. When I found it online I promptly ordered two and prayed it was the same as the old one, AND IT WAS! It is great for my fine, straight hair. I partially dry my hair with a blow dryer and then add curl and body with this styler. It gives a nice, not too tight curl. Quick and easy to use! I had tried a conair hot stick, thinking it might work the same but it was awful, couldn't compare. I have tried the brush types too but the bristles tangle in my hair and don't let go. The only con I can think of is that, like a hair dryer, this product will last longer if you keep the air intake free of dust so it doesn't overheat. My last one still runs well but the barrel doesn't hold anymore in the lock position, but that is after years of daily use!

I purchased this item because of the positive customer reviews and the reasonable price but was very disappointed with the hot air styler. It did nothing for my limp, fine hair--though it performed a bit better if I used it on dry rather than damp hair. It needs higher watts to be a really useful styling tool.

Love, love this curling brush. I have very fine hair but you wouldn't know it. This styling tool makes my hair more manageable and it looks shiny and full of body.

I could not style my hair without this product. I hope they never stop making it. It is so easy to use. I nearly freaked out when I could not find it in stores and was relieved to find it at Drugstore.com. Thank you!

I don't find this product very helpful to my very fine and limp hair--I'm very disappointed that it doesn't do much of anything for my hair...

Love it! First one lasted about 10 years, with daily use. This is the second one. Glad I was able to find this model online. I have looked in many stores, and they do not compare to this one.

Owned a VS curling brush previously and loved it, so very happy I found another one. This wonderful blow dryer/curling system is so easy to use to curl or straighten your hair without doing the damage other appliances can. It is a wonderful product that I hope you keep in inventory.
