It really is the best-looking way to hold your toothbrush. It's like a little work of art, but functional. I bought other Violight items for my son and his family so the four of them can sanitize their toothbrushes and keep from getting each other sick. Friends all comment on this little Zapi too, and love it!! VS Most Liked Negative Review waste of money I bought one for each of our family of 6 for x-mas last year. Saw device tested on a morning TV show where toothbrush was tested for "germs" before and after using Zapi. The Zapi killed 99% of germs on toothbrush. This convinced me to give it a try. Pros

Unless you use the toothbrush that came with it, or some other super-skinny toothbrush you find it's useless. SInce I change my toothbrush head every 3 months, it's a big fat waste of money. It's actually recommended that you keep your toothbrush in your bedroom, because of the proximity of the toilet to the sink in a small bathroom. I do this instead. The VIOlight cleans it and it stays behind a closed door. Pros

It makes me feel better when I use it ... especially after I return home from a trip with my toothbrush in tow. The only minor problem we encountered was stickiness on the sides from foam disks that were in the packing, but we cleaned it off without much trouble.
