Indications
Relieves redness of the eye due to minor eye irritations. For use as a protectant against further irritation or to relieve dryness.
Warnings
If you experience eye pain, changes in vision, continued redness or irritation of the eye, or if the condition worsens or persists for more than 72 hours, discontinue use and consult a physician. If you have glaucoma, do not use this product except under the advice and supervision of a physician. As with any drug, if you are pregnant or nursing a baby, seek the advice of a health professional before using this product. Overuse of the product may produce increased redness of the eye. If solution changes color or becomes cloudy, do not use. To avoid contamination, do not touch tip of container to any surface. Replace cap after using. Remove contact lenses before using this product. Before using with children under 6 years of age, consult your physician. Keep this and all drugs out of the reach of children. In case of accidental ingestion, seek professional assistance or contact a poison control center immediately.

I have chronic RED eyes. I put in these drops once to twice a day and it takes care of the problem. I also like the smaller size bottle. The larger size lasts for years and I worry about contamination after so long of using it.

So this morning I woke up with a very bloodshot left eye. Happens every few months that one thing or another leads to that. Think last night it was a combo of mineral makeup, soap, dehydration due to PM soda, the eye moisturizer I applied before bed, and sleeping on my face (and a cat which I'm allergic to) ...Anyway, I have a first date tonight, I've been putting a couple different eyedrops in my eye all day, used a curad eye patch to cover it for awhile hoping to keep any dry air off it it, and that it'd clear up mostly by dinner. It had improved about 20% I'd say, but still looked atrocious.[...].Two drops, two minutes, and it cleared up by about 75% from how it looked this morning. I have never found Visine moisturizing, so after I got Lasik, I stopped keeping it around because it didn't help with the dry eye I experienced. So I am having to keep on using regular eye drops tonight to help with the dry aspect, and no, Visine didn't provide a miracle, but I am really going to have to remember to keep this stuff on hand. I am not dreading tonight as much anymore now that I look human again.
