I take my vitamins after lunch. I always wanted a bite of sweet after eating. Now I take my Vitafusion vitamins and it kills that need for sweet and I get my vitamins too!!

The shipping company left it outside my front door and 3 of the 5 bottles of vita fusion that I ordered melted together. Other than that I love them but will not order again till the weather is cooler outside.

I bought these a couple weeks ago so I didn't get a chance to notice a difference...I left them in my car over-night and they all melted together into a hard blob. Even in the house I had to pound them on the counter to separate them. I would recommend keeping these in the fridge or sticking to a pill form.

I have a picky adult daughter and I couldn't get her to take supliments because of the flavor and how they upset her stomach. I love these. I like the flavor and they don't bother my stomach or hers.
