Was recently told by my doctor that I should be taking these two supplements. Thought they were a bit pricey when I ordered them, but when I got the jar in the mail it is MUCH bigger than I had thought. So it is a good bargain. They are also very tasty and easy to chew and swallow. I take them two a day after a meal. It's kind of like having a light dessert. I have nothing bad to say against this item. They are great and I will definitely order more when these are gone! On the one hand, they're far easier to take and they don't actually taste bad, but for some reason they have like a crystallized sugar coating them which I find totally unnecessary.
