This is a good choice for youth as it is not loaded with too many ingredients but is just the essentials plus the zinc boost. Depending on a diet, children can get too much of certain minerals but not enough of basic vitamins. This is a good supplement and can even be used with some other mild/low dose multi-vitamins. We use it with the B-complex formula rather than give a broad multi-vitamin which can be too many minerals.

I bought it for my 17 years old son who is attending colloge at Penn State . He is always falling sick because of the cold whether and he is bad with tablets and other vitamins so i decided to look for a chewable product that would work on immunity system After 10 days of taking it he claims to feel healthier and more energetic. He also said he liked the taste and that is what encourages him to take it. I would buy it again for sure
