I bought several of these to take home with me to the UK. I have read the research on sambucol and have been taking a sambucol product to stop me getting colds and flu whilst in the UK. I took sambucol in the UK for four months and never had a cold even though I worked in a very busy office block. As soon as stopped taking it I caught a cold, could be a coincidence I know. Sambucol is expensive in the UK so glad I came across this product and I am taking it daily. Tasty chews.

I take these everyday along with Vitafusion multivitamin, B complex, and D. I was diagnosed with vitamin deficiencies related to gastrointestinal absorption issues, and normal pills upset my stomach and were not effective. I feel a lot better since I started to take this. This is a good choice for youth as it is not loaded with too many ingredients but is just the essentials plus the zinc boost. Depending on a diet, children can get too much of certain minerals but not enough of basic vitamins. This is a good supplement and can even be used with some other mild/low dose multi-vitamins. We use it with the B-complex formula rather than give a broad multi-vitamin which can be too many minerals.

I bought it for my 17 years old son who is attending colloge at Penn State . He is always falling sick because of the cold whether and he is bad with tablets and other vitamins so i decided to look for a chewable product that would work on immunity system After 10 days of taking it he claims to feel healthier and more energetic.
