This is a great way to get more fiber in your diet!! They taste delicious too! While they can be taken daily, I try to mix things up a bit by taking Benefiber Drink mixes some days and then chewing these on other days. The added fiber really makes me feel better on the inside - and they say American's tend to not get as much fiber as they should, so this is a great way to do so. I really have no complaints about this product. Highly recommended!!!
These tase so good that we actually look forward to taking 2 every morning. I liked them so much that I ordered some for my daughters and their families. None of us get enough fiber in our daily diets, so these make it a no brainer solution....really!
These have decent amount of fiber in them compared to other products.. They don't really do anything for weight management, but I take them for the additional fiber. These have a great taste and no bad aftertaste. They are expensive, but are similar if not less expensive per gram of fiber than other products.
