I usually buy wafers but thought I'd go the way of the gummie. They remind me of kool-aid flavors. The rest of the family likes them, too! no complaints.

If you have IBS, this is for you. Take 2 with 12 oz of water & your problems are over. The water is essential! I haven't noticed any side effects. This is as good or better & easier than Citrucel, Metamucil, or Acacia powder.

These fiber gummies are great! Easy to chew and taste just like gummy bears. Not completely sure if they're making a vast difference in my life but this is probably the easiest way to get your fiber.

Rather large yet soft gummies. Would prefer a smaller size, but it is tolerable. Taste okay with no gritty aftertaste or extra sweetness. Works quickly and effectively to relieve bowels.
