We use DHA products for nervous system and mental health support. This is a GREAT one. No one balks at taking it (common with fish oil products!) so we can be sure we are getting enough. My husband is a mental health practitioner...studies indicate that fish oil and vit. D are as effective for mild to moderate depression as most anti-depression meds. We take four of these a day to keep the doldrums away. Our bi-polar son takes 6...and it really has been noticable in stabalizing mood swings! great product!

These taste pretty good (not as good as other vitafusion gummies but good enough)... no fishy aftertaste; not a fan of the sugar substance on them. BUT, more importantly, my doctor noticed that it only has 50mg of EPA (the good stuff of Omega-3s that helps brain functioning and heart functioning). She suggests that I take a supplement with 2,000mg per serving. So I switched to one that has that (not easy to find). I still pop in an occasional gummy... so some days I'm getting more than 2 grams.

I dislike swallowing pills - this product is perfect for me. The adult formula gummies taste great and just 2 a day enhances my regimen to combat osteoporosis.

I was looking for way to trick myself into getting more omega 3s without having to swallow those large fish oil or flaxseed capsules. I stopped taking fish oil capsules because even the ones that say 'no aftertaste' always make me burp up fish taste later (eww). I was hesitant at first but figured I would give these a try. I started with the 60-gummy bottle but now I buy the 120-gummy bottle. I leave them on my desk at work so I see them everyday and look forward to taking them when my mouth wants something a little sweet.
Always had a problem taking vitamins because of the difficulty in swallowing pills!! Love gummies, so that makes it all the more easier to take. & besides delicious taste!!
