My hair thickness was never an issue until a couple years ago — in fact, I've always gotten a LOT of compliments on my long dark hair. Let's just say that after a divorce, a little health scare, some hormonal issues, and very stressful international move — all in the space of a year — I lost quite a bit of hair. And it terrified me. After two months I saw no imporovement in my hair whatsoever. I was so disappointed because I saw all of these glowing reviews and really placed a lot of hope in this product since I am a female who has been suffering with thinning hair. The product says to try for 6 months so I continued for several more months and to be honest, saw no improvement after all that time, and even more hair loss. I thought how convenient it is to say to try something for 6 months. By that time you've invested in over $300 dollars for nothing. Very disappointing and would not recommend. When you lose hair due to stress I have heard that it actually happens a couple of months after the event that caused it. My hair started falling out in huge clumps - to the point where my mom and hairdresser even commented that something was wrong. My hair went from a long and thick to the my ponytail looking like a tiny rat tail. I started using this product and my hair has come back so thick and full - just like it used to be. I would highly recommend this product but you have to be consistent with it and take care of your hair. It isn't an overnight miracle but the results I have experienced after 3-6 months are AMAZING. Definitely give it a shot if your hair is thinning or to retain the fullness you already have.  Pros

I have always had fine thin hair but was noticing that it appeared even more so. I tried using hair growth foams, which didn't work. My hair was becoming very thin on one side and in the back. After taking these vitamins for three months my hair dresser noticed how healthy and "full" my hair appeared. Right now my hair is the best it has been in two years. I LOVE THIS PRODUCT. It is very frustrating to have believed that after consistent use at between 36.00 and 40.00 a month, there would be a difference. I gave it my best (time and money) and have now discontinued. I would say don't spend the money and as stated by other users would not even give it one star if given the choice. I saw it in about 2 months.My hair was 15 1/2 inches when I started using it. And now it is 21 inches long and 22 in some places. I started using this product in August 2012. only five months. And already got about 7 inches of new growth. Also it did not grow hair in places I did not have hair. Only in the areas were I have hair.It's has done wonderful for my nails, eyebrowers and eyelashe. All my eyelashes had fallen out. I have then back now. I have plans on taking viviscal for as long as I can. Because they are natural. love them.  ADVERTISEMENT
