You take this pill daily for damaged hair. I have overly color treated damaged hair & this pill is a miracle! My hair is gorgeous! I have been taking this pill for less than a month & it is awesome! People tell me I have beautiful hair! Highly recommended! I'm addicted to these vitamins! Viviscal is a miracle!

After about 30 days on Viviscal, I noticed healthier, shinier and seemingly thicker hair. No complaints about side effects. Good for post-menopausal hair thinning and loss of lustre.
