I tried this myself before a performance, and although its taste is horrific (just awful!), it worked wonderfully. I would recommend that you get a breath spray or gum to go with it, but it worked. This product made me cough more. It may work for some conditions but not for cough. I also tried three other brands and they do not compare to Vocal-eze. Yes, they may taste better but this one is the one that works hands down. I attend a jam every week and use it often.
