Wash thoroughly before first use. Unscrew the lid from the cup and remove the valve from the sprout by pulling the tabs on either side of the valve. Flush the valve out with warm soapy water and rinse thoroughly, paying special attention to the area around the valve. Wash the cup with warm soapy water and rinse thoroughly. Avoid using abrasive pads or cleaners. To reassemble, push the valve straight into the spout on the lid until it snug. Before using make sure valve is securely inserted into the spout. Microwave and sterilizer safe.
Cleaning: Before first use, place in boiling water for 5 minutes and wash each part separately in warm water with gentle detergent. Rinse thoroughly. Always wash immediately after each use.
