This heating pad doesn't work. It was barely warm on high setting. I returned the first one, thinking that it was defective. However, the second one I got also wouldn't warm up enough to be used. I'm returning it also.

This heating pad is a nice size, has a comfortable, washable cover, a "moist heat" option, automatic 2 hour shut-off, and a decent length cord. It heats up quickly and evenly and works well. No worries about turning it off because it shuts off on its own after 2 hours, which I know I already mentioned before but feel it's worth mentioning again because of that built-in safety feature. I am going to order another so that I can wrap both shoulders simultaneously! Good price, too!

It works well for ladies! I am a mother of four children and I put this sucker to good use! Also, a great little tool for the winter! My husband would turn it on for me while we were getting ready for bed-perfect little electronic person that kept the spot warm for me! AMAZING during the winter. It was absolutely fabulous until the unthinkable happened - it died. :( The little red light flashes and I don't know what to do to make it work again. I wish it had a reset button. For the $ it was great while it lasted. It says it has a 5 year warranty, but hey, we'll see!

good all around heating pad..looks like it will last..only use it when I have sore muscles..2-3x per month..
