I have the wrist brace one size fits all, and was hoping to get a second one, but there weren't any at the drugstore. I bought this, as it wasn't too expensive, and I thought it would be a good option.
I am left handed, and I can get it settled comfortably on my left wrist, but not my right. It IS bulky, and after about 20-30 minutes my wrist is all damp. It also leaves pretty deep imprints in my forearm.
Another con is that it is almost impossible to adjust it so that it evenly supports all my wrist, usually it is too snug in one spot compared to the rest of it.
I highly recommend getting the one size - the thumb strap slips off easily if you want to go wash your hands, eat dinner, etc without having to remove the entire brace to avoid getting it wet or dirty.
