I waited a few weeks to write this review because I wanted to make sure my results were on-going... but yes, I found this product to be MORE effective than the Tylenol brand of Arthritis (8-Hour) Acetaminophen on my knee pain (& f you rub in a little Biofreeze - even better.) I compared ingredients & they are different, however I don't know what makes the difference. I wouldn't have tried this brand had Tylenol not become so scarce - but even once they get their troubles worked out... I can't see switching back, especially since this price is so... comforting.

Along with my RX meds for rhuematoid arthritis,this product gets me through the day. I have tried to go with just the RX's, but with this product ,the relief is much greater
